We learn new movements and skills, keep our mind active along with our body, and surprise ourselves with amazing accomplishments. Weight loss. Strength gain. Injury recovery. Elimination of pain. Touching our toes! When we accomplish hard feats through our physical training, our mind learns that we can also accomplish hard feats in life.  

I customize workouts to meet your needs and goals...in the comfort of your own home, in my gym, or online. Workouts vary based on my clients' goals and can include low-impact body weight training and stabilization, weightlifting, high-intensity interval and heart-rate training, and yoga. No fancy equipment, no crazy movements, just results.

  • Monthly goal-setting and progress monitoring session

  • Two one-hour sessions per week with live coaching (in person OR online)

  • Written warm up, workout, and recovery for other days of week
